Hey Reader,

Let me take you back to a Zoom call I had with a client named Colleen.

I clicked the green button to start our very first meeting. I smiled and just barely got the word “hello” out of my mouth.

Before I could say another word… she completely took off. Her rate of speech was incredibly fast. The words just tumbled out of her mouth in a fragmented, frantic mess…

She desperately wanted to lose weight, but beneath the surface, she was struggling with a massive storm of anxiety.

She was constantly switching browser tabs, answering Slack messages, and surviving on cold coffee. It's the exact same chaotic loop I see in almost every high-performing Dad I work with.

You win the money game in public but lose the life game in your own living room. You become a Soft CEO the moment you step foot in your house.

That exhaustion completely drains your battery. You give your clients your absolute best all day, and your family gets the leftover scraps. You spend dinner staring blankly at your phone, too fried to actually play with your kids.

I knew right away that Colleen and I needed to build some trust. Before we could talk about meal plans or workouts… I had to get her out of the storm.

“Colleen, let's pause for a second and close our eyes,” I told her.

I needed to shut down the overwhelming inputs to her brain. By closing her eyes, we instantly removed the visual chaos of the screen.

But that was just step one.

I then asked her to use a specific physical reset switch. It's a built-in mechanism that instantly tells your nervous system to power down.

It completely changed her life, and it's the exact same tool I use before walking into my own house to see Courtney and Jagger.

I'll reveal it on Saturday.
